Dear Guests,
Apartment reservations can be made by telephone, fax, or by completing a form on the website. When we receive a reservation query, we send preliminary confirmation of the reservation. Final confirmation of the reservation is made via e-mail or fax upon receipt of a deposit.
In the case of reservations received by fax on the weekend, confirmation is sent on Monday.
When a reservation is made, we require a deposit amounting to 30% of the price of the entire stay. The deposit must be paid within three days of confirmation of the reservation. The remaining amount is payable on the day of arrival.
In the case of reservations made less than 10 days before commencement of the stay we ask for payment of the entire price on the day confirmation is received.
We accept the following forms of payment: cash, bank account transfer, credit card.
Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
In cases where a guest does not arrive by midnight (without prior notice of late arrival) on the first day of the reservation, the entire reservation is cancelled.
